Scope and contact
This notice describes Panda Compass Pixel at pandacompasspixel.cfd. For privacy questions or requests relating to correspondence, contact [email protected]. It does not cover the independent websites linked as sources.
Reading the website
The site’s own code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or visitor-profiling tools. Pages, styles, scripts and images are requested from this website. A hosting provider may process ordinary access information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details and request time, to deliver pages, diagnose errors and protect the service. Hosting-level processing is distinct from browser-local tools.
Preparing a message
Text entered into the contact tool is used within the current page to build a preview. The tool does not send form fields to a server and does not save them in localStorage. Copying places text on your device’s clipboard. Downloading creates a plain-text file on your device. Your browser, extensions, operating system or cloud-synchronised clipboard may handle those local contents according to your settings.
The page does not deliberately retain a draft after you leave. Browser autofill, session restoration and form-history features may retain entries independently. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or material you are not authorised to share.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email us, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message. Correspondence may include your address, name, message, attachments and technical headers. Such information is used to review the question, respond where appropriate, handle a correction or address a privacy or legal request.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, ordinary correspondence is handled for the legitimate interest of managing reader enquiries and website accuracy, subject to applicable rights. Legal requests may involve compliance with a legal obligation. We do not use reader correspondence for marketing lists or sell it.
Storage and retention
The optional preference control on the Cookies page stores a single essential-only preference in your browser. It is not linked to a name or contact message and is not transmitted by the site’s JavaScript.
Correspondence should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including resolving the enquiry and meeting applicable legal obligations. A fixed universal period cannot cover every enquiry. Hosting and email services may have separate backup, security and log-retention arrangements.
Disclosure and external services
Information may be handled by service providers needed to host the website or deliver email, or disclosed when required by law. Clicking a source link takes you to another operator’s website, where its privacy terms apply. The site does not automatically load those linked services merely because you read an article.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid entering personal details, clear browser storage and choose not to send a prepared message. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Rights may be subject to legal exceptions and proportionate identity verification.
To make a request, describe the correspondence or information involved without sending unnecessary identification documents. We cannot erase copies held independently by your email provider, downloaded files on your device or data controlled by an external website.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site’s operation changes. New tracking or data-collection features would require corresponding disclosures and, where applicable, consent before use.
